Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Columbia, SC

Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM

Position Summary:

Responsible for effective and efficient recruitment activities.

  • Fills open positions while remaining compliant with corporate policies and procedures and applicable government activities.
  • Recognizes and uses recruitment practices that will produce a diverse candidate pool.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in any major OR four years of human resources-related work experience.

Required Work Experience:

Two years of human resources experience.

  • Recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, full life cycle recruiting environment.
  • Sourcing and cold-calling experience.

Preferred Work Experience:

Recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency setting.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Effective customer-service, presentation, organizational, analytical and critical-thinking skills.

  • Demonstrated oral and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar.
  • Good judgment.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
