What if your understanding of recruiting was actually a misunderstanding?

Seriously, what pops into your mind when you hear the word "recruiter"?  Is it:

    •  "C-Suite only!"
    • "$$$$$"
    •  "It's a notification option on LInkedIn."
    • " I have no clue how to approach a recruiter."

How might your career transition be different if you knew the truth about recruiters and the recruiting process?

Join the SC ATD Career Transition SIG for an in depth interview with Jennifer Marks, Practice Lead of Professional Services at Aerotek, to remove the mystery of recruiting and discover the benefits of incorporating recruiters into your job search.
