Brad Thomas, former Leadership Trainer for Bon Secours Health Systems will outline areas recommended for initial and ongoing leadership and staff training, discuss potential ways to evaluate overall efforts and relate employee engagement results to support key business strategies and indicators.

Brad Thomas is a leadership development consultant with extensive experience in various staff and leadership roles in the areas of consulting, talent management, organizational development, human resources, and leadership/staff training. He served as the corporate-wide Leadership Trainer and Learning Consultant for Bon Secours Health System, Director of Organizational Development, and Director of Training and Development for St. Francis Health System in Greenville, SC. Currently, Brad is providing leadership development consulting and training to local healthcare organizations.
