Are your teams storming more than performing?  Does everyone on the team have a voice and the opportunity to have their ideas heard? If you find that your teams struggle to find their stride, this program may be just what you and your teams need.

Join Jeff Gossett, owner of Tailwinds Consulting, as he presents Bridging Generational Differences, where we will take a different look at the term, "diversity" and develop methods to integrate different generational work styles into a high performance work team. We'll explore the values, preferences, and priorities of the different generations, with emphasis placed on working with Millennials, currently the largest generation in the workforce.

By the end of the program, participants will:

  • Identify current generational stereotypes
  • Describe the characteristics of each generation currently in the workforce and compare to the stereotypes to identify accuracies and inaccuracies
  • Explain why generational differences exist
  • Be more aware of personal attitudes, perceptions, and feelings about generational differences
  • Identify ways to work cooperatively with each generation to improve your teamwork and results
