The ATD South Carolina conference is the only conference in the state specifically for talent development (TD) professionals, including trainers, instructional designers, coaches, higher education, and learning management professionals. The conference also welcomes human resources (HR) and human capital consultants, as well as senior leaders in TD and organizational development.

Phillips Market Center is conveniently located off I-26 and I-77 on the campus of the SC State Farmers Market. It is equipped with up-to-date technology and offers high speed wireless internet access. The space offers convenient parking with 113 spaces, 5 of which are spaces for the disabled.
