Integrated Leadership
Synergies of Male and Female Energies in Business.

What are the self-imposed career blocks preventing women to move up and how do we overcome them?
How can men change their way of perceiving women in business to embrace them in building winning teams?
What can men and women learn from each other to achieve professional success?
These are just some of the questions chosen by our international and diverse team of trainers and discussed with experts and professionals from different parts of the world (USA, Middle East, Poland, Germany, Australia). Studies show that organizations that utilize the integrated leadership potential of men and women are more profitable, innovative and open to changes.
Join us for a discussion on the synergy of male and female energy in business, and learn how to put it into practice and find solutions to integrate different knowledge, experience, styles, and behavior to achieve optimal results.
Participants will:
* Learn the two main obstacles hindering cooperation between women and men in business
* Discuss ways to nurture strategic networking to support women’s careers
* Learn to build the synergy of gender communication in business
