Friday’s with ATD

“Capabilities for Success” Series

Sessions via GoToMeeting

Fridays in June 2020

11:30-12:00 p.m. Power Sessions

“Capabilities for Success” Series

Join us for a 30-minute lunchtime Power Session from 11:30-12:00 each Friday during the month of June to explore the 23 capabilities that define the standard of excellence in Talent Development. These capabilities capture what TD professionals most need now and in the future. If TD professionals develop themselves and their teams in line with this standard, they can best position themselves to drive a learning agenda that will help organizations navigate the future.

This discussion-style power session will bring a local and national perspective, leading participants to reflect on their own personal and professional development while considering areas for growth and advancement. Participants will learn about the industry-leading model for success in Talent Development and will be made aware of tools available for self-assessment and growth.

Fridays in June – 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Power Sessions

Friday, June 5: Personal Capabilities

Friday, June 12: Professional Capabilities

Friday, June 19: Organizational Capabilities

Friday, June 26: The Capability Model

Registrants are welcome to remain on the line for 15-minutes after the session for on-going discussion if they wish.

This series will be offered through GoToMeeting.  You only need to register once. All registrants will receive a link for EACH Friday power session.  Registration will be open throughout the month of June.

You must register by 8 a.m. the day of the session to receive a link via email 1-hour before the session.
