Sandra Farray

Sandra Farray has over 20 years professional experience in commercial insurance industry in capacities that included underwriting, marketing, supervision, staff development. After leaving the commercial insurance industry as a Senior Vice President, Sandra focused her energies and enthusiasm toward her passion for human performance improvement. Sandra’s passion for excellence means that she now:

  • Designs, develops, facilitates, and measures online and instructor-led staff development courses
  • Coaches supervisory and management staff and assists in developing individual plans for process improvement, team development, performance evaluation, and other interpersonal skills
  • Facilitates ad hoc teams
  • Conducts training workshops

She holds is a CPLP with B.S. in Psychology and a M.A. in Conflict Resolution.

Pat Byrd

Patricia (Pat) Byrd is an experienced workplace learning and performance professional with over twenty years of successful achievement in the field primarily focused in the areas of program design/development, learning function management and organizational development. She currently works as the Senior Project Manager of Credentialing for the ASTD Certification Institute. Her main responsibility is to manage and support all operational aspects of the ASTD CI Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Certification Program (CPLP®). Pat has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Purdue University in Indiana and a Masters of Arts degree in Organization Development from Marymount University in Virginia.
