Session Title: Moving Others at The Speed of Trust

How the 4 cores of your credibility have a surprising link to influencing others

Andrew Jeppson

Learn how trust emerges from the 4 cores of your credibility.  Have you ever been passed over for a promotion?  Do you feel like you’ve grown stagnant in your career?   Do you have a hard time facilitating meaningful relationships and practicing accountability and respect at work?

When leaders understand the 4 cores and how they affect relationships and performance,  they will be enabled to implement meaningful and measurable change in areas such as:

  • Employee Engagement: Unleash talent, creativity and passion.

  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Initiate more than a leadership mandate.

  • World Class Teams: Achieve synergy, collaboration, energy and joy.

  • Culture Change: Establish a new philosophy and mindset.

  • Stronger Partnering: Change the nature of key relationships.

  • Innovation: Cultivate inspiration, creativity and collaboration.

High Trust always accelerates change personally and professionally: This session is designed to help leaders identify personal and professional objectives and how they can be improved through the frameworks taught in The Speed of Trust.
