Solutions for Coping with Information Overload and Multitasking

Learning professionals are bombarded with an overwhelming amount of information on a daily basis. The challenge of dealing with demanding technology and a constant flood of data has never been greater.

This program will give participants insight into current realities and research about information overload, examine multitasking, and provide practical solutions for individual productivity enhancement. At least three interactive exercises that can be used for instructor-led programs will be provided.

Distractions, interruptions, lost productivity, and stress will be discussed. Realistic approaches to a balanced workplace will be offered.

The keys to dealing with procrastination will be shared with the audience.
