Join us for this special program just in time for Boss's Day!

Who hasn't worked under, over or with someone who causes unnecessary roughness in the workplace? These beastly bosses are generally high performers who defend against perceived threats to their survival with aggression. Negative perceptions and complaints about their management style can derail careers and pose significant risk for employers.

What's this dynamic about? How should management intervene to set boundaries and offer hope and help, preventing future damage? This session, based in the theory and research of the Boss Whispering Institute, will examine defense mechanisms and how to get abrasive bosses to see and change their destructive ways.
