Jeff Gosset returns to offer a 4-hour workshop full of valuable information for facilitating change.

The axiom that, “The only thing constant is change,” has been validated through the years. Change is with us and, the pace of change is accelerating exponentially. However, many associates have difficulty adjusting to change, preferring instead to maintain the status quo.

Participants will complete an assessment to identify their “change style” and the styles of those they work with, and use this information to facilitate change.

Jeff will guide us through understanding our own "change style" so that we are better equipped to facilitate others through change. So, if you are tasked with facilitating change, or want to grow more accepting to change yourself, this is the workshop for you!

Participants will leave the workshop more able to:

  • Identify the leader’s role in change.
  • Describe how emotional reactions to change impact success.
  • Explain why all change is individual.
  • Complete an assessment to identify personal change style and use this information to more effectively communicate with others in "their language".
  • Use the contagious commitment and human action models to create individual change.
  • Identify and address the major reasons for resistance to change and how to address them.
