Influencing in a Virtual Environment

Talent development teams have gone virtual almost overnight, and it’s changed many aspects of working together.  One factor is influencing.  No more dropping by the boss’s office to float an idea. No more inspirational chats over coffee or lunch to coax higher performance. How can you continue to influence when you can’t see or touch your teammates?  If you’re a people manager or leader, it’s vital to continue to influence your team.  If you’re an individual contributor, you don’t want to lose ground just because the boss can’t see you in person.  Join us for a robust conversation about influencing when you’ve suddenly been forced into virtual work.  Our featured presenters will lead the conversation and offer tips based on their deep experience in the world of leading teams in a virtual environment.
