- How to prepare for an interview, including a specific formula for effective and efficient answers to questions
- General tips and the different types of interviews
- Common questions with feedback on how your answers stack up

Carol Rado, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
Carol Rado is a senior Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in a variety of HR roles, primarily in the Financial Services industry. She has expertise in both operational and strategic HR practices, and is passionate about using her experience to help organizations build strong teams, design and implement efficient processes and manage change during times of transition.
Carol is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) and holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University Law School.
