Measuring the Effectiveness of Your Remote Learning (Roundtable Discussion)

Let’s talk about measuring the effectiveness of remote learning. Many organizations converted to remote training during the pandemic. But, how do you know if your training is working? Are there different metrics you should be thinking of versus classroom, in person training?

This event will be an informal roundtable discussion about measuring remote learning, and specifically challenges, best practices, tools and success stories. We already have some great insight we plan to share.

But, we also want to hear from you! Do you have a success story about how you measure remote learning? Have you narrowed down your metrics to a few KPIs that work great for your organization? Do you have a challenge determining ROI now that you are training remote? If so, we’d love you to share at this event.

This March community event is hosted by ATD – Upstate (part of the ATD – South Carolina chapter of ATD).  We are a dedicated community of talent development professionals in the Upstate, including talent development managers, trainers, instructional designers, performance consultants, frontline managers, workplace learning professionals, and more.

Anyone is welcome to attend this March learning event.  The event is free for ATD - South Carolina members, or $10 for non-members.
