The Role of Design on Today's Training Team (Roundtable Discussion)
This event will be a roundtable discussion about the role of design on the training team. Does your team need to have an identified instructional designer? Or could your trainers learn how to design effectively? Or, do you use SMEs to provide the source material and you have a team that uses that information to design the final deliverables?
How do you currently use instructional design tools? Do you create job aids? Animated videos? Slide decks?
And, if you don’t have an instructional designer, how do you best teach someone about design (color, theme, graphics, balance, white space, etc)? Are there resources you provide? Do you send them to get a certification?
How has instructional design changed the structure of the modern training team?
We’d love to have an engaging discussion about all of these topics and more!
