Why Culture Matters
Morgan will discuss why culture is critical to a company’s success. From the way employees communicate with each other to the organization’s values and how leader’s handle difficult conversations…. employees are paying attention. Employee engagement is a direct reflection of an organization’s culture. So, who controls your culture? And how can training and development make an impact on improving or changing the culture? Morgan will share her own experiences to drive the discussion.
BRIEF BIOGRAPHY
Morgan Celeskey is the Global Learning Manager for Ultimate Kronos Group, an HR cloud software company.
This August learning event is hosted by ATD – Upstate (part of the ATD – South Carolina chapter of ATD). We are a dedicated community of talent development professionals in the Upstate, including talent development managers, trainers, instructional designers, performance consultants, frontline managers, workplace learning professionals, and more.
Anyone is welcome to attend this event. The event is free for ATD - South Carolina members, or $10 for non-members.
