Many organizations are incorporating VILT into their training curricula to reach more learners, reduce overall delivery costs, and improve performance. While many face-to-face training programs can be converted for effective virtual delivery, stakeholders should carefully consider critical success factors before they decide to take this leap. What are these critical success factors? This program will educate learners about the top five considerations.

Participants will be able to...

•·         Describe the analysis required to determine whether or not a face-to-face training program can be delivered effectively in a virtual classroom environment.

•·         Explain the translation process required to convert face-to-face training into a VILT program.

•·         List steps critical for preparing learners, instructors, and support staff to participate, deliver, and administer VILT programs.

•·         Identify delivery methods and activities that foster and maintain learner engagement.
