About the Speaker: 

Theresa Cummings is an enthusiastic, creative, and results-oriented leader with more than 28 years of experience in operations and professional development. She has a proven track record of driving performance and exceeding goals by developing leaders at all levels of an organization.

Theresa has held leadership roles in training and organizational development, coaching and mentoring, human resource management, manufacturing supervision, and project management. She previously served at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where she led process improvement initiatives and helped implement High Performance Work Teams. Throughout her career, she has completed more than 6,500 hours of leadership training and facilitated over 3,000 hours of management and leadership workshops.

Her passion lies in helping individuals and teams translate self-awareness into sustainable growth and high performance.
