Session Title: Using 360-Degree Feedback for Coaching Success

For many leaders, 360s can be a frustrating experience. At best, open-ended comments can be unfocused and unhelpful. At worst, they’re a way to anonymously take a jab at a colleague. And ultimately, they can even derail the learning process.
In this session, participants will learn how they can give focused, balanced, constructive feedback--that the leader can actually use. Coupled with effective coaching tips and techniques, this session will share a unique survey tool that takes the sting out of giving and receiving 360-degree feedback.
What you will learn:
- Learn about a new 360 tool that will take the drudgery out of performance feedback.
- Practice three techniques for coaching employees who have taken a 360 survey.
- Create ways to "sell" employees on the usefulness of receiving 360-degree surveys for their success.
