Session Title: All Aboard! Engaging Executive Sponsors for Training

Kasie Whitener

Is your training aligned with the goals of the organization? There can be a gap between the strategic aims of an organization and the front line skills we’re assigned to impart. This session talks about bridging the gap by identifying and translating executive speak into training vocabulary and vice versa. Attendees will learn how the goals of the organization can be turned into training tasks and how to lead a conversation with executives to help them see the value you are providing.
