You First! Making the Most of 2017
 
Industry leaders and entrepreneurs are in high demand and will do whatever it takes to reach the goal. Oftentimes, this comes with a hefty price tag called self-neglect. This presentation is intended to create a paradigm shift. YOU FIRST!
To read, say, or hear those words sounds selfish to many. However, it's difficult to lend support to others when you are not taking care of yourself. It's very easy to serve and assist others to the point of being burned out. For many, work does not end at 5:00, but it lingers into the wee hours of the night.
How do you balance professional and personal work? This session will provide specific strategies on how to de-stress, better assist others, become more energetic and enthusiastic all while putting YOU FIRST!
During this session, Schrendria Robinson, will provide you with practical ways:
1. To identify and manage distractions that prevent self-care;
2. List and embrace the benefits of self-care;
3. Incorporate daily stress reduction techniques; and
4. To choose a You First Accountability Partner!

About Schrendria Robinson, MPH, CHES
 
Schrendria Robinson is a highly sought after speaker, teacher, author, and an astute business woman. Real, Radical, and Relevant are three words to describe this dynamic business woman. She is known for her practical and vivid messages that are delivered with clarity and simplicity captivating everyone in her midst. She is successful in all aspects of her life because she learned at an early age how to be successful God's way.
She is originally from Norwood, Georgia but has spent nearly 20 years in Columbia, South Carolina. She received a bachelor's degree from Clark Atlanta University and also earned a master's degree from the University of South Carolina. Robinson serves a President of Clear Vision Seminars and Consulting where she carries out many of her gifts and talents.
Robinson started her company and worked it on a part-time basis while still working full-time for anon-profit organization. One day she took a giant leap of faith and left the non-profit to run her company full-time, but now without making them her largest client. She generated more revenue her first year of business than she ever made working for someone else. She is a charter board member of the Bridge Builder Foundation in Greenville, SC and a board member for Richland County CASA. Robinson is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and also a member of Toastmasters International.
Schrendria Robinson is happily married to Mr. Marcus Robinson of Greenville, SC. These days her toddler son Marc Anthony and twins Caleb and Kyle take up most of her time and attention.
