The Latest Dish on Training Delivery
from 5 Master Chefs

Do you know how to cook more than five dishes, but end up making the same three or four recipes on a regular basis?
If your answer is yes, you’re not alone.
Many of us know how to cook much more than the tuna casserole we prepare
every other Tuesday. The same is true for training delivery techniques: Whether
we’ve been in the industry for a month, a year, or a decade, we have a pantry
filled with different delivery activities, but we tend to stick with our same old go-to activities.
If you are a talent development professional looking to spice up your training
delivery techniques, an instructional designer looking for intriguing flavors to add zest to programs, or simply have an appetite for learning about the newest
trends in training delivery, this session is just for you.
Evaluate the delivery techniques for their potential to elevate your own training programs.
