In many organizations, accountability is applied negatively often leading to a culture of victimization, lack of engagement, and compromised results.  Join Jeff Gossett, CEO of Tailwinds Consulting, and certified Organizational Development Consultant, as he explains how to create a culture of accountability and engagement.

During this workshop participants will learn to overcome victimization and create a culture of positive, internal accountability where associates act as owners and willingly provide discretionary effort. 

Join us as we:

  • Identify the level of accountability/ownership of the average workforce.
  • Explain the relationship between Accountability, Engagement, and Discretionary Effort.
  • Define external and internal accountability and how they impact culture and performance.
  • Explain how negative, external accountability leads to a culture of victimization and lack of accountability.

About Jeff Gossett

Jeff Gossett , CEO of Tailwinds Consulting, is a certified Organizational Development Consultant and has been praised as “innovative,” “results-oriented” with a proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive workforce optimization processes.

He received his masters in Human Resource Development from Clemson University and has trained and developed thousands of employees — from hourly associates to executives — in a variety of industries and also led organizational development and training for 5 international companies. He spent 17 years with Bowater, now Resolute, where his training department was a two time recipient of Training magazine's "Top 100"  training organization award.
