Coaching is neither counseling nor consulting.  It is a powerful tool that can be employed formally or informally to create a culture of learning and accountability  in your organization.

Patrick has worked with such world-class coaches as Marshall Goldsmith, Jack Canfield, Marc Steinberg, and more.  Patrick's highly interactive workshop will have you inspired to use coaching more in your organization, and you will walk away with practical tips and tools to get your coaching work boosted quickly.

Participants will learn:

* a world-class coaching cycle/model

* the differences between the different forms and types of coaching

* formal and informal methods of coaching

* how coaching is tied to employee engagement
