How to Reignite Employee Engagement

When You've Lost Your Spark

Let's tap into your curiosity, IQ & EQ, problem-solving and

teamwork to reignite the spark!

You know that employee engagement and morale are important ingredients for reaching goals, keeping your best team members and attracting top talent. But what if the engagement and satisfaction numbers are low? What if you're responsible for leading a team and you're just not feeling it?

By finding the symptoms and following them to the root cause, you can figure out the source of the blahs. Then you and your team can develop a plan to rebuild engagement from the top-down and how to maintain it if it goes off-track in the future.

During this session, we will:
  • Identify and understand the symptoms of low employee and leadership engagement so you can choose the best course of action
  • Demonstrate why setting the stage to do diagnostic work in an open and collaborative manner should be 80% of the process
  • Use strategies to reset big vision and determine which smaller goals can reignite engagement at the leadership level and throughout the organization
  • Make progress, celebrate wins and establish how to get engagement back on track if needed in the future.
