About the Speaker:
Robert (Bobby) George is a positive, upbeat, organizational engagement, change and learning leader. He has over 25 years of leadership, training and organizational development experience. A problem-solver, change agent and consensus builder, Bobby is a Certified Public Manager (CPM) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. During his instruction, Bobby blends web-based activities with in-group facilitation to maximize learning. He has conducted a variety of interactive and experiential initiatives and workshops in the areas of leadership, team building as well as personal and business development. He is a skilled, certified group facilitator and has also facilitated numerous process improvement, participatory and strategic planning sessions. Bobby is also an active member of Midlands ATD.
