ATD Capability Model: Developing Organizational, Professional and Personal Capability 

Community of Practice: Coaching, Performance Improvement 


As a result of this virtual training session, attendees will be able to:  

  • Identify ways to ensure a strong connection with participants from the very start of the meeting.
  • Compare and contrast tools and techniques for maintaining maxim engagement during the virtual meeting. 
  • Develop a follow up plan that will reinforce concepts and action items discussed during the meeting.


    About the Speakers:




    Brett Campbell serves as a Facilitator and Content Specialist for Converging Solutions, LLC. He regularly engages in the instructional design of online courses. He honed his skills in public speaking, leadership training, life coaching, and conflict resolution during the two and a half decades he served as a pastor in several medium-to-large churches from Georgia to Virginia. Brett currently serves as the President of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Talent and Development (ATD). He also facilitates computer classes, as part of ATD’s partnership with Habitat for Humanity: Atlanta. Brett is a certified practitioner for the Lumina Spark, part of Lumina Learning, USA division. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course, as well as High Impact Presentations, and Leadership Blind Spots (also provided by Dale Carnegie). Brett graduated from Radford University with a B.S. in Business Marketing. He put that degree on hold while he served in the United States Army. He also holds a Master of Divinity from Regent University School of Divinity. Brett and his wife have been enjoying the dance for 34+ years. With two kids out of the house and one still at home, life for them in Atlanta continues to be a fun-filled adventure!





    Robb Bingham, M.Ed.,holds multiple awards for helping companies get strategic with training – especially in the space where learning intersects with communications and performance improvement. Throughout his career, Robb has worked across dozens of diverse businesses/industries including: Ameriprise Financial, Caterpillar, Deloitte & Touche, T-Mobile, and UnitedHealth Group. Robb has served organizations in a number of different roles, from Trainer, Designer, Developer, and Producer, to Team Lead, National Curriculum Manager, and External Consultant. However, he most enjoys helping start-up and new initiative teams work together developing new, creative solutions to relevant business problems using a framework he coined the Converging Solutions Problem Solving Model. ATD has been a regular part of Robb’s professional life, having served as VP of Strategic Partnerships as well as chapter President.

    Jennifer Sutherland, MBA, is a proven leadership coach and an accomplished training leader with over 15 years experience. She has helped numerous individuals, rather it be by helping them navigate through training implementations or by helping them meet their revenue quota. She is presently the Director of Training & Development at Kelly Services. Jennifer has been active in ATD for several years and was previously the Director of Programming and Engagement for ATD Detroit. Now that she has relocated to South Carolina, she uses her sunny disposition and enthusiasm to serve as a volunteer with the ATD Upstate Geographical Interest Group.
