About the Speaker:
Kevin Kaiser founded Coastal Edge Learning and Development in Charleston, SC in 2018. Prior to opening his first company, he worked for 16 years at General Electric serving in various and notable learning leader roles. Today, through Coastal Edge, he designs and delivers training programs globally which he creates specifically for innovative companies that rank in the Top 10 and Top 150 of the Fortune 500. Kevin believes in engaging clients by focusing on personal and customized learning approaches, which empower and create an impactful ripple effect for his learners. Kevin and his wife Kali have a fuzzy companion named Bear. He enjoys any activity on the water whether it is surfing, spending time at the beach or boating. He is an active member of ATD South Carolina Midlands and assists with the Lowcountry Geographic Interest Group (GIG).

Jennifer Sutherland, MBA, is a proven leadership coach and an accomplished training leader with over 15 years experience.
