Cultivating conversation + connection with intention
Where do we go from here? It’s no secret that the year 2020 caused us all to rethink and readjust the way we approach everyday things – including how we communicate and connect with others. Now that we’ve all made the shift and settled in, it’s time to cultivate communication and connection with a fresh lens – and approach it with intention. In this session, we’ll explore what’s at the heart of communicating and connecting well with others and learn practical tips that will help us navigate it differently in the new year and beyond.
After this event, you will be able to:
- Understand the basic components of communication and personal connection
- Understand what’s at the heart of communication and connection and why it’s so important
- Learn purposeful and practical ways to think about communicating and connecting with others
- Learn how to apply concepts of communicating and connecting with others, centered in ensuring the well-being of self and others
- Be empowered and encouraged to communicate and connect with intention

ABOUT KIMBERLY FIELDS
Kimberly Fields is a speaker, coach and the visionary and founder of her business and brand, EncourageYourself365®. At the heart of everything: she is a seed sower, a cultivator, and above all, a servant. And she will proclaim to anyone who asks, that her life purpose is to help others cultivate their potential so that they can have a meaningful impact while they are on Earth.
EncourageYourself365® isn’t just a brand or a business, it’s built from Kimberly’s life. She often reminds those she serves, that if she shares it, it’s because she’s lived it or she’s striving to get there. Kimberly believes that it’s in the place of constant learning and renewing of the mind, that we become our best selves – and her best self is who she strives to pour into others.
Kimberly is a certified coach and offers private coaching through her business where she focuses on helping busy, overwhelmed people slow down, cultivate their potential and live with intention. She also is currently building an online, self-paced program called, “Purposeful Pursuit,” scheduled to be released later in 2021. In June 2019, Kimberly launched a podcast called, “EncourageYourself365: Food for Your Soul,” where she shares a weekly dose of encouragement to inspire others to keep moving in purpose and living with intention.
