From Training to Coaching and Mentoring
How are you continuing the growth of your company staff beyond the initial training? What tactics, programs, processes and plans are you using to help your staff flourish in their professional development. We would love to have an open discussion to hear what you are doing, be able to ask questions, and continue these conversations well beyond our time together today. This will be an engaging roundtable discussion as we talk about what we are doing: for leadership, for ourselves, for our teams.
This April community event is hosted by ATD – Upstate (part of the ATD – South Carolina chapter). We are a dedicated community of talent development professionals in the Upstate, including talent development managers, trainers, instructional designers, performance consultants, frontline managers, workplace learning professionals, and more.
Anyone is welcome to attend this March learning event. The event is free for ATD - South Carolina members, or $10 for non-members.
