Remember the last time you were really listened to?  How about the last time you really listened?  Active listening is the most powerful communication tool any of us have- and we all CAN do it- but many of us don't.  Our brains seem to be hardwired to respond. Please join us for a one-hour immersive experience where you will learn a technique to keep you listening to the end. You will leave the session with one simple tool that will help you be an empathetic listener who REALLY listens to understand.  Let us help you evolve your communication style by using the POWER of active listening.

Loretta specializes in helping leaders reach their full potential through techniques that drive business results. She uses experience, adult learning theory, and lots of laughter to evolve the leader within you. Loretta has 23 years of coaching, training, development, design, and leadership experience in a multifaceted corporation. She is a lifelong learner who believes that our abilities are limitless and we are all leaders. Loretta believes that "We need to be challenged to be changed". 

Anyone is welcome to attend this event.  The event is free for ATD - South Carolina members, or $10 for non-members.
