WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Far too many organizations miss performance opportunities by failing to link training to strategic objectives of the organization.  This failure has a root cause – failing to create tactical capacity – the ability to move from strategy to performance with the appropriate and highly developed technical and behavioral skills.

Participants will be able to...

  • Define tactical capacity
  • Identify the key elements of the performance driver mode
  • Identify and discuss the two key elements to performance enhancement (the real objective to training development)
