WEBINAR
September 16, 2022
11:00 am
Guidebooks play a fundamental role in both instructor-led and Virtual ILT programs.
A well-crafted guidebook helps ensure consistency in delivering material across multiple trainers and locations and ensure that your training program is an asset of your organization.
In this session, we will take a practical look at items you can implement to create a phenomenal guidebook.
In this session, participants will learn:
1. Participants will be able to describe the dual roles that guidebooks play for the facilitator & participant
2. Attendees will be able to replicate the structure to create guidebooks that ensure consistency across multiple trainers, locations, and sessions.
3. Participants will learn to organize their course for effective VILT programs regardless of the virtual delivery platform (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc.)
